Welcome to MCJS AI LABS. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MCJS AI LABS website, API gateway, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
2. Use of Services
You may use our Services only if you can form a binding contract with MCJS AI LABS, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules and regulations.
3. Your Account
If you create an account on the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account. You must immediately notify MCJS AI LABS of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.
4. API Usage and Limitations
Our Services provide an API gateway. You agree to use the API in accordance with the provided documentation. MCJS AI LABS reserves the right to rate limit or restrict your access to the API if your usage is deemed abusive or negatively impacts the overall performance of the Services for other users. We operate on a pay-per-use ledger system as described on our pricing page.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MCJS AI LABS and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall MCJS AI LABS, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
